I love stories like this. https://www.thepennyhoarder.co...%7B%7Bitr_uuid%7D%7D The trades are so, SO important and often overlooked by people considering careers. I'm encouraging my kids to go in the trades. (Not too much pushing though, you know teenagers!) Anyone here work in the trades? I'm a Social Worker, so not me, but my fiancee is a Lineman. Does anyone have any good suggestions on a good resource (or resources) that worked for you? Thanks so much!!Read More...

It has hurt my credit score very much...it was reported, I have been trying to fix for 9 months this nightmare. My question is there any way to get aloan with poor credit now to consolidate the balances? I have also been thinking of bankrupsy..any suggestions?Read More...

Contact each of your creditors and see if they will negotiate a lower payment from you. I did that recently and they were very open to helping as it beats having you file bankruptcy. One of my creditors gave me zero percent interest for the next five years and my payment is $79 per month, which is less than half of what I have been paying.
