My wife and I live in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment and it is way too much space for us. We find we only actually use our room and the other living areas in our house.

I think I would be fine with a house with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom a small kitchen and living room area.

I have found that the more space you have, the more stuff you end up having. I am already ready to downsize!
