If anyone would like or needs a free mask, I found this website. I do not know if they keep emailing you but you can unsubscribe at will.

The Verify email states:
Please click the “Yes, I want to subscribe” button to confirm your mask request. You are confirming that you would like us to ship your free mask to the address you provided and that you would like to receive emails from DHVANI with updates about your mask request & the DHVANI A Mask For Every American program
So, you are subscribing to emails, but as you said, you can always unsubscribe.
