Has anyone ever been in a situation where you can’t afford your car payment any longer? I am in that situation and I don’t know if I should call the bank and voluntarily surrender it. I’m not sure exactly what I should be doing.

i would reach out to the bank and see what they can do to help you, every one knows its a very very tuff time right now, prays you get some help

We bought a used Nissan Altima. After having it for less than a year, we found out that it needed more repairs than the loan! We ended up asking the bank to come to get it. They eventually did, however, we are now fighting to change my credit report from repo to voluntary repo.
