Hi everyone. I’m from a small town in Texas. My finances I have never paid much attention to. Recently I’ve been reading a lot about investing and savings. My family is not much into this decade of What is savings? They are old school - back in the days save your money under the mattress. I want to be financially stable and save for any emergency expenses. In the long run I’d like to save to purchase my first home.
