If they increase the benefits, they should find a better way of distributing the increase. An increase by percentage means the people who need it the most get the least amount of money. PLEASE let your congress know about the error of their ways! People need all the help they can get!
P.S. Fuel prices are dropping. Now is the time fill your heating oil tanks and propane tanks. It does make a difference!
