Take a look at your skills you have and see how you can now apply them to our retirement.
Things come along that are fairly passive…walk people’s pets, house sit, if you are good with children watch someone’s for a few hours, handy with tools-do basic home repair. if you drive there is Uber and Lyft. Hope you find something to help you make money.

Mow your neighbors’ lawns, Repair your neighbors’ cars, if you know how to do those types of jobs. Just don’t overcharge them.

Try mystery shopping. It’s one of my retired side gigs that I like. I work them in around other things. I do quite a few that are at home, usually calls for around $10-12 each, some more. Due to the cost of gasoline now, I don’t leave my house for a shop unless it pays minimum $30-35 (some are 40-45) and is within 15-17 miles, $20 if it’s a few miles down the road.
