I haven’t received my returns for last 3 years and keep getting told it is on its way.
Now the same thing is happening with unemployment. I’m approved. Then asked to provide documentation to prove my identity. I provide everything and once again get ignored and never paid my money.
Have you attempted to obtain a copy of your tax returns from the IRS website? The site seems to be working correctly again as I helped a friend obtain theirs.
