Can those browser extensions i.e. Chrome, Honey, Amazon Assistant, be downloaded to a smartphone or do they only work on a computer? I’ve tried using Honey on my phone and it didn’t work & I couldn’t find any info as to whether they were only designed to work on computers.

Honey will be available to put on your phone through Google Play Store soon. How soon, I don’t know. I have not found any information about having Amazon Assistant on your phone. Google Chrome, you can get at the Google Play Store. I hope that helps.
