I am not very familiar with the topic but I did find this helpful article from an Association that goes over some different methods you can use to sell them:

Depending on the value of your collection eBay may or may not be a good place to start. If they are extremely valuable, it would probably make more sense to have them sold through a professional stamp dealer.
Before selling, I’d suggest having your collection appraised by a professional if you are in a large enough town/city to have one available. Local stamp clubs can help you.
