I’m just wondering if anybody can explain to me a bit about the parent plus monthly checks starting in July. I apparently received a letter stating I was eligible to receive the monthly checks unfortunately my brother got the Mail at his house where my Mail goes and I wasn’t able to read the letter myself so I am kinda clueless about what the details are about these checks

If you have dependent children under 17, there’s a good chance you will receive expanded child tax credits of up to $300 a month per child. @robin.hartill wrote a thorough explainer about this topic over on The Penny Hoarder —> Parents Get an Extra $250-$300 Monthly Child Tax Credit Starting July 15
