Download the (apartment list app) it lets you be very specific about what you are looking for and then gives you options in many categories. It’s very helpful!!
I would recommend looking for a home, condo or apartment outside the City of Seattle unless you enjoy excessive rules, regulations, taxes, drug dealers and homeless people harassing you. I used to love Seattle but no it’s a cesspool.
